Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once they have been shipped. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we do offer refunds or replacements under certain conditions.


1. Non-Returnable Products

  • All candy and food items are final sale and non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

  • We cannot issue refunds for orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address or failed to collect the package on delivery.

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective.

  • Your package did not arrive due to an error on our part or the shipping carrier.
